Through his intense power struggles, Nebuchadnezzar could clearly see God, but the ultimate question remains: would he actually accept Him?
Wisdom Beyond Years and a Pillar of Strength
As we listen further to the interview, Mena points out that Daniel is a unique figure because he is revered across all the Abrahamic faiths, which allows this film to reach a massive, diverse audience. Mena also notes that while Daniel was young, he was wise beyond his years. God had given him great prophecy and placed him as a vital spiritual authority in a foreign land.

But that is exactly why we have to look to God. If you have ever read the biblical story of Daniel, you know he constantly looked to God to interpret dreams and to figure out how to live day-by-day in a foreign empire that did not serve the one true God. When we choose to look up instead of looking inward, God promises to stand with us and shield us from the fire. As the scripture reminds us in Isaiah 41:10: “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
The true beauty of this film is how it beautifully brings together faith and the courage to stand tall in spite of how things might turn out. It challenges us to put our complete trust in God and to live our lives actively expecting Him to show His ultimate power and protection. AWOE
